Customer service is nonexistent. I was rarely phoned back and wasn’t kept informed of what was happening when there was a lot of problems and delays.

Had new windows and conservatory fitted and built. Slight hiccup with the windows, but was sorted straightaway, with excellent customer service. Kept up to date by project managers Ian and Neil at all times and by phone rather than ping pong email!, The new Conservatory looks amazing. All fitted by professional tradespeople who turned up on time each day and always tidy and neat. Would definitely use this company again and intend to for an internal sliding door into the conservatory. Well done and thankyou to all who attended at my home.

Great service both sales and installation- had a slight delay of the door arriving, however this could not be helped due to the current pandemic and the team kept us fully informed all the way- love the new door and after completion you couldn’t tell the workmen had been here as left everything neat and tidy- has another door installed about 12 months ago with another company and the quality of work from EYG is so much better for a similar price- would highly recommend 😁

We recently had a new conservatory fitted to the rear of our property and was very glad to see Jon and John turn up as the installers. They had previously installed a lean to conservatory earlier in the year and did a bang up job. This build was not without it's challenges but their professional and detailed approach produced a great result. We have a lot of time for these lads and wish them all the best in the years ahead.

Excellent covid drove time to fitting but once here single fitter did both doors really efficiently

All work completed on time. We had three different teams completing different aspects of the job. Considering the amount of work undertaken we were impressed at how clean the fitters left the house. We are very pleased with the doors, windows and guttering.

The fitting was quick and very efficient with a fitter who was polite and caring about his work and service

Fitters were excellent - no damage to decor, sheets put down and all cleaned up efficiently. All went well and excellent quality windows!

Found the team punctual friendly cheerful and careful with our property tidied up end of each day. They did an excellent job DGU units fitted by Kevin on another day he was also very friendly and did a very neat and tidy job So overall would recommend EYG every time

Placed an order with EYG for Facias & Gutters in March which we bitterly regret. Fitters were unable to commence work as agreed in August due to incorrect scaffolding ordered by EYG which resulted in unnecessary time taken off work (1 Week). Spoke with the Managing Director who assured us if we rebooked a first class job would be completed. Fitting was rebooked for September. Prior to installation scaffolding was in situ for 5 days before any work commenced which was not agreed by us. Work was scheduled to take a week, however the total hours worked by two fitters was approximately 16 hours taking into account break times. Work was not carried out as detailed in the survey which resulted in damage to our property. Further inspection of the work evidenced it was not fit for purpose in places and required a complete rework which EYG carried out at no extra cost but required us to take further time off work to oversee. The Managing Director offered us the option to have the facias & gutters removed and have our deposit refunded during one of the many telephone conversations we had with him. We were unable to seek compensation via the ADR scheme (Alternative Dispute Resolution Scheme) as EYG are not a member and were unwilling to join. We considered a claim via the small claims court but decided it would prolong a very unpleasant, stressful experience and insted negotiated a reduction in the final invoice. This did not cover the wasted time we had taken off work or the inconvenience we had endured but did give us closure. We were so appalled at the level of service and initial workmanship we referred the matter to Citizens Advice who in turn contacted Trading Standards on our behalf. They asked for further details which we have supplied so they can gather evidence regarding EYGs working practices. Having discussed our issues resulting from EYG with family, friends, neighbours and work colleagues it would appear they do not have a particularly good reputation at all which we were not aware of prior to confirming our order. The Facias & Gutters look good but we would NOT recommend EYG and would advise anyone considering using them to do so with caution.

Excellent job by extremely professional hard working men. Very polite and worked competently throughout. A very clean and tidy job. Would recommend these guys a 10 out of 10 for their workmanship.

Recently had small conservatory built on the back of garage, we call it our ( chill out zone) we are really pleased with it and enjoy morning coffee, lunch and afternoon tea in it. The lads that built it were very professional and hard workers. Can highly recommend EYG.

Have recently had a conservatory roof and windows fitted by this company. Would 100% recommend. Excellent workmanship and quality products used. Fitters Gary and Jack went out of their way to ensure an excellent job.
