Quality products! Always get products within a reasonable time period.
The system works well. They provide a second set of all filters except for the reverse osmosis filter. So I had to purchase this one separately. The process was straightforward and quick. Also, there is no way to upgrade the system with uv filter or water softener. I would be interested in doing that but it appears I would have to purchase the entire system with those features.

More BS. Having to fight to get my and my plumbers diagnosis of the problem that took over a year and your not honoring the issue began from the beginning. Listening to all you insane excuses for the system not working, not believing even when a master plumber disagreed with you was unbelievable.
Made a phone call to ask a question I could not find in FAQ. Never got a reply. Ordered anyway, but will cancel my auto ship if I am not able to talk to someone.

Needed to return an item as I ordere the wrong item. I was forced by Express Water to pay for shipping which cost $90+ which was more than half of the cost of the product I purchased. Lame.
