Good customer service
The product got sent to the wrong address. That was my fault though, not theirs. They were very responsive to my problems and promptly took care of them. I would definitely recommend them.

wall Mount better if you have the room
when I first bought the unit I mounted it on the floor, problem with that is when you change the filters you make a mess so I removed it and mounted it five feet high on the wall and built a shelf so I could place a plastic tub on the shelf to catch all the water when changing the filters problem solved otherwise the system works great.

No customer service
No customer service. I made numerous calls and left. Ms as well as email follow ups. Absolutely no customer support. I will be doing a charge back on my credit card for lack of customer service as written on the website. I only wanted to exchange one system for another - never installed.
