Express Water

It's everything as advertised: high quality, easy to assemble, priced VERY reasonable. I have used RO for 22 years. It pays for its self in approximately a year. The water tests equal to or better than the store bought water! I laugh at those buying cases of bottled water. ; what a pain! I'm taking this system with me to my next house, as I moved to an unfamilaiar area, so I'm waiting to buy again, so the system will go with me then!

I've had this just 1 week! Water taste great, but your user manual is horrible. It doesn't really explains many things with this countertop filter. I so regret buying this. I wish I had gotten the under sink one. Called your company and they have not responded.

I need a plumber service and I couldn't find one. It will be highly helpful if u can help with plumber. Unable to reach the store. Thank you for the reply. I got a plumber from Walmart angi service. Which is very reasonable $104, as I'm new to the country i don't have any equipment for installation. So I went with plumber service. So, far I haven't tried drinking as I just installed it. I will update it shortly. I wish storage tank is openable and washable. They could have designed the drainage pipe to drain out in the sink. Cos bacteria from drainage pipe may linger into the RO system, through reverse airflow.. Hygiene issue. I doubt if bacteria can breed in an unclean storage tank. Express water should change its design, It will be top notch if they modify the system by 1. Connecting the waste water to another pipe in faucet and let it flow through sink. 2. No storage tank

Their system is outdated and won't fit most of the newly built homes. When reached out to Customer Service, without even trying to understand the issue, they sent me the below email. ******************************************* "Dear Mr. XXXXXX, Thank you for taking the time to contact Express Water. It appears that you would have to somehow get that valve connected to that area We have exhausted resolutions to this issue, we would recommend contacting a professional handyman/plumber. ******************************************

the product is ok for florida but still good overall.
