Great experience, great product, the only issue I have is whether or not the filters remove flouride. Thats one of my biggest concerns is the removal of flouride. Flouride is extremely dangerous even in the small doses put in out water supply.

It was great

The support person selected the correct part that I needed. They were knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The part was in good condition when it arrived. The only reason I selected 4 star instead of 5 was the delay in receiving the part. They did not give me the option of expedited shipping. I would have paid for a faster shipping if it had been offered. Partly my fault also because I could have suggested it. Using the chlorine water while waiting for the part was not pleasant.

The best thing about this is that you can't mess up when you are installing it. It gives you great tasting water, plus the water is great for coffee and Cpap machines

Used the auto order and it worked perfectly.

Had the 5 stage RO+alkaline system installed by a licensed plumber. They commented that the system was unusually complicated - install went fine otherwise. 2 days later, we experienced a leak. Turns out the o-ring around the tubes were junk. We've replaced it now and things are fine. Unsure what's going to happen if/when the many other o-rings go bad. Express Water - please include spares of your commonly worn items, or use higher quality components.

Bought it showed up nicely packaged. No issues with setup, great product for the price.
