Excellent Service
I ordered a replacement tank and a few additional filters for my RO system. Prices were good and items in stock. Fed Ex reprinted my shipping label, so when I tried to track the item, it showed that the order was cancelled. When I contacted Express, customer service was wonderful. They replied very quickly, and provided a new tracking number. The order was packed perfectly; no damage to anything due to high quality shipping boxes. All in all, a great company with excellent service.

I am very happy with the Express Water Whole House Filtration System. I don’t need to order supplies often, but when I do it is easy to order directly off the website and the orders are processed in a very timely manner!

Time it took to receive the filters
