I did my research about water filter systems and this company was the one that made sense for our needs for drinking water. Got great price on the system and was quite easy to install. Had a defective part but reached customer service and sent the part right away. so far Im pleased with the system and the customer service.
Had what I needed at a reasonable price. And delivery was actually early.
The quality is good and easy to replace the filter. The only problem is we don't know how to recycle the used filter

Replacement filter cartridges arrived OK, but found I needed to separately order replacement O-rings. Website does not list spare/replacement filter containers (in case one fails). O-rings should be included with filters. Also, there should be more instruction about how to determine when, and which, filter cartridges to replace. Always all 3 or do some last longer? By pricing O rings separately in the interest of cost, you do a disservice to customers who, when they are changing out filters, suddenly find that they need an O ring, do not have it on hand and then their water system is down and not usable until they can obtain the O ring, which is really a minimal cost. Therefore it makes both operational and cost sense to include inexpensive O rings with replacement filters.
I called about a maintenance issue/problem and your representative was quickly able to provide information and the means (part required) to resolve the problem
Love your product, Whole House System- Ultimate Protection. Does a great job. Recently bought 3 additional years of replacement filter cartridges (9 cartridges; ACB, KDF, PHO) which I think should have come with new o-rings, since replacing cartridges could easily be a source of leaks and frustration. Would like to suggest that for the future.

Filter severely leaked after initial install. The first filter housing does not seal. Called customer service, left message, no response. Called HD, they also could not get through to customer service. They will process a return and replacement
We would like to have left a better review, but we are having an issue with the product and our email has gone unanswered. So until we can get our questions answered the one star review stands.
By calling, I was able to buy the exact part I needed (a rubber O-ring for the ultra violet tube) without having to buy the whole tube and O-ring. That saved me about $15.00. Delivery was prompt as well. Thanks. Joe Pederson
