Express Water has fast replies to any inquiries and good service with filters. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because I had to return the new water filter machine and it was clear that Express Water did not want me to return it without going through some difficult adaptations to my plumbing. Other than that, I use their whole house filters and get them shipped quickly, in good, strong packaging. They remind me to order new filters and have started including what I previously ordered, which is very helpful.

Still cannot install the new model 6 unit. Poor customer support. When called the said email with photos. After doing so I received a email telling me to try a local hardware store. I have a new home with standard pipes and fittings. Unit is useless. Parts included are not sufficient for installation. No video walk through available though the process doesn't seem difficult if the parts worked.
