Couldn't get a phone conversation, kept getting messages you were all busy. Email response was very quick, however, so I'm good with that.

Still trying to get information about how to tell when you have to change each of the filter types.

I bought it taking a shot at trying it and it worked out great used to have orange water.Now I have clear water no sediment and it tastes good I really am amazed that how it worked.

Watch out! They lure you in with a promise of a discount but don't disclose that it is being sent separately....so after you placed the order it is too late. Usually, I'm authorized a discount code which autofills when I am ready to pay. Kind of sleazy.

Tankless system was a breeze to install, takes less room under my sink also. I got the alkaline system, however, water has an odor to it. My tap water doesn't have an odor so the smell must be added by the remineralization filter. The smell is unpleasant and I have to let the RO system run for a few seconds for the odor to go away. I contacted express water and they sent new filters out but that did not correct the odor. Apparently it is the nature of the beast and I just let the filtered water run a bit before I get a glass of water. The smell has a sulphurous odor, may be from phosphorus minerals. Other than that, I'm happy with the under sink, tankless RO system.

A very well made unit, I was actually surprised how well it is made, even the gauges are quality, As soon as I received it I immeadiately installed it, it's has been up and running for about 15 days and yes I notice right away the odor from the water dissappered, also When I fill a glass of water how clear and sparkeling the water is. I did for the first time in eight years I did drink a cold glass of water from the tap. Thank you Express

I have the counter RO machine that signed it needed filter replacement. I had no problems finding the filter kit I needed. I placed the order and received it in a couple of days.Replacement was easy and quick.

I exchanged the 4 gallon tank for a 3 gallon tank when ordering to fit under my sink. Once the whole system arrived the directions are easy to follow and took about 3 hours to install and that includes drilling a hole through my granite counter. Very impressed with the system. Happy wife happy life.

FedEx had handled the package poorly. However the packaging by express water was so good it didn’t matter. The filter was perfect. Everything was fine. I have installed the unit, however I have not started running water through it. More to follow if it removes the sediment.
