Called in to ask a simple question and received attitude and a very argumentative person on the phone. This person was unable to answer a very simple question about 20" filters and became defensive immediately when questioned about their response. Buyer beware as this is absolutely terrible customer service!

Buyer beware: unlike MOST companies, Express Water does not cover shipping costs if you need to return the product. So here I am blowing $100 on this stupid filter that won’t work for our home. What a huge waste.

I have bought several RO systems from Express over the years. As we moved to a new house, we wanted to clean up the incoming water. So after looking around at other brands, and as I know the quality of Express to be superb, I bought their system. When it arrived, I was blown away by the weight and quality of the design and build. After hooking it up (which I did myself), it seems to be doing its job. I feel that I made an excellent choice and saved lots of money and I expect to change the filters as needed. I highly recommend their products!

How simple it was to put it together

I have been struggling with well water for the past couple years. The heavy metals system is what I purchased. I am VERY pleased with the quality of my water after installation. I can not say enough good things about water express system. HIGHLY recommend. No more buying water ever again! If I could give 6,7,8 stars, that wouldn't be good enough! Thank you, Cheryl

These guys were great with me! I was kind of cranky -pants about a part they sent me and they were great all the way through the process - went WAY beyond what they needed to. Turns out I was completely wrong - and they were STILL GREAT!

Your products are excellent. Price and delivery were also excellent. Needed to find the order of placement. No info included or that I could find on website. Called left message to call b k and my question. Never heard back. The call was place during open hours! Had to ask a competitor to get the answer.
