Just a well thought out product and good customer service. I do wish the o rings from your Amazon store had been available as I had to pay a shipping charge equal to the parts price. I ended up not having to change the O rings after all and the instructions were very helpful covering sanitation and filter changes l have to give you an A+.

This product is great! I can finally stop buying bottled water. The unit had easy instructions. I would recommend this to anyone who lives in an area with poor water quality. The water taste great!

The service is good
The service is good, but I live in Puerto Rico,I bought them before and they sent them to Puerto Rico but they should send to Puerto Rico and charge the shipping difference, I had to use another shipping method to be able to receive the merchandise, which perhaps if you include it it may be more economical for Puerto Rico.
