Easy to install, less than half the cost of the previous unit I used which was replaced 1x during the warranty period and then died again after warranty expired. Water is cold. Longevity is an open question, but for the cost, not a bad deal!

No manual when changing filters and calls always goes to vm. I left a vm but no response. Had to figure out with my husband who was able to help out but had to wait for him. The item seems fine but it is not NSF certified for most impurities just for TDS reduction.

After sending them pictures and videos they have sent me replacement parts. Changing to 3 stars because of the final fix, them sending me replacement parts. Have a under sink system with tank and it is 4 months old. It has water coming out of the waste water constantly, it does not stop. And I do know how the system works have had a few systems in my hose over the last 15 years. Contacted them through an email and keep getting the runaround. I have sent them all the info they wanted and now email has gone silent. Will cost another 50.00 to fix because they dont carry all the parts to fix their systems on their site.
Express Water has been an answer to prayer in our small community in northern WV. This kind of support and help is rate in corporate America and that is why I will continue to recommend their products to everyone I meet. I have had a whole house system installed since 2019 and have had no problems with replacing filters and I have great peace of mind that the water I drink, cook and shower with is free if any cancer causing chemicals.
