Dealing with replacement filter cartridges
Replacement filter cartridges arrived OK, but found I needed to separately order replacement O-rings. Website does not list spare/replacement filter containers (in case one fails). O-rings should be included with filters. Also, there should be more instruction about how to determine when, and which, filter cartridges to replace. Always all 3 or do some last longer? By pricing O rings separately in the interest of cost, you do a disservice to customers who, when they are changing out filters, suddenly find that they need an O ring, do not have it on hand and then their water system is down and not usable until they can obtain the O ring, which is really a minimal cost. Therefore it makes both operational and cost sense to include inexpensive O rings with replacement filters.
