Had to chase for installation as I presume they had a lot of orders. Installation was smooth, Engineer could have given a demo or more information on the product hence 1 star less. Once installed the water feels so much softer immediately.

Best Engineer ever, the human factor its where I see the company to best its competition. Post sales its very good, and the product its awesome fullfulling whats advertised.

The product itself is excellent and the drinking water is very good. There is a huge difference in the quality of water in the shower, washing machine etc. I would highly recommend however the afters ales service is not as good, I have had to send several query emails before getting a response but this could be down to the times we live. Overall excellent product👍🏻

My husband and I are delighted water softener we had installed in December. The engineer who installed it was in and out in half an hour and did a fantastic job. The water is very hard in the area we live in so we wanted the system installed as soon as we moved into the new house so our new appliances will be limescale free from the very start! Thanks EWT, can't recommend them enough!

I had conducted a fair amount of research in to home water softener solutions and had a poor experience with a previous unit from a different vendor. My experience with EWT was excellent from start to finish. The online ordering method was very user friendly with flexible options on payments and I was kept up to date by email and sms on the progress of my order. Martin the engineer was excellent he rang ahead of the appointment, checked if it would be ok to arrive slightly ahead of schedule which suited perfectly. He was professional, courteous and extremely thorough in his work and explaining how the system worked. He was very affable and he worked very diligently, quickly and neatly. Very happy with the system in its second month of service and it is working away perfectly since day one. Follow up emails and offers of post install support were received as well which is very reassuring. 100 percent marks and highly recommended.

We had recently installed the EWT water softener and I'm very happy overall with the services especially the engineer who patiently explained all our queries. The water softener as well is very useful. No more hours of cleaning the tap and safe to the skin as well.

I’ve been a customer with EWT for over 8 years at 3 different addresses and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for water softener. On our most recent move, I reached out to EWT and spoke with Nicole and she was really helpful from start to finish. She took time to explain the best machine for us and clearly articulate the difference between each machine. Being an existing customer, she was able to offer amazing offer for our new machine which was really above and beyond of her. Machine is now installed for over 2 weeks and really pleased with it. Machines from EWT are really good value for money compared to some other providers out there. Really, really good this water system. Highly recommended them. I was asking on a group of info for the all house and drinking water system and all of the comments where recommended me me this company, so this was a good first sign from first. It 3weeks since i have it and the kettle looks like new ,also i was having itchy skin before now since having installed this no more this prob.

Very happy with the servicing. I got the gas boiler and the normal water treatment service combination. Both lads were very professional. The gas technician told me about a couple of possible future problems with my boiler and how to fix them. He also spotted another potential problem in the supply and got straight onto GNI to investigate it.

Further to my last posting I have been trying for 3 days to get in touch with EWT to repair our water softener the email they gave us will not be accepted we rang this morning to be told there is no one in our area & to get a local plumber to by pass it they have now blocked our telephone number they obviously have no nationwide service. We would have been better off spending our £726,60 elswhere. Buyer beware!

Delighted with the delivery and installation of the new water softener. We had awful water due to limescale and everywhere was covered. Not anymore. Thanks EWT.

I have purchased the water softener 606 series with them and so far it's been very good. I noticed that the water quality for showers, washing the dishes has improved. It is very good to have drinking water from the tap as well, since the bundle included a filter and a tap for drinking water. 4 stars because I have noticed that the washing machine is leaving some white spots on the glasses. I hope this gets better with time.

Excellent service installer gave us a good overview of how the system works. Very friendly and helpful and they accommodated the time that suited us best. EWT was recommended by a friend who has it in 10 years we will certainly recommend them to others.

Excellent service to fit gold series 606 unit and after service to fix leak. Highly recommend.
