EWT were excellent from start to finish. Firstly, when I first went into the showroom I was very impressed by the staff and their products and o much so that I made my mind up immediately. I ordered the Gold Series E606 and a new tap. I wasn't charged until the products were completely fitted. The installer was really excellent and explained everything. The entire transaction from beginning to end was very smooth and professional. I am now enjoying soft water and I have no stains on my shower doors!

Generally this company is very professional in terms of appointments and works. They are very good even the engineers are very knowledgeable about what they are doing also the advice from them.

Finally took the plunge! Fitters great to deal with and 4 weeks later the chrome in the bathrooms has never looked so good. Only negative comment would be, bring back ewt phone support back to ireland and not india, feels very distant.

We found the installation and order process great ,we got the hot water tap and hard water package ,it was installed in less than 2 hours with no mess ,we have the system over 2 months and we notice a big difference with the water ,the bathroom are easier to clean no more hard water marks !

Delighted with our system.We have already noticed a massive improvement in the quality of our water.

Excellent customer service, I was talking to Dezdemona on the phone, she is great, explained everything. Installation was done very quickly and professionally by Tomazs. Everything is running very well and I am delighted with my clean and soft water treatment. I had very hard water and this has really 100% cleared that up. This was the best investment I have made this year by far. Thanks to everyone in EWT for making my experience a great one.
