Great service from start to finish.
I’ve been a customer with EWT for over 8 years at 3 different addresses and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for water softener. On our most recent move, I reached out to EWT and spoke with Nicole and she was really helpful from start to finish. She took time to explain the best machine for us and clearly articulate the difference between each machine. Being an existing customer, she was able to offer amazing offer for our new machine which was really above and beyond of her. Machine is now installed for over 2 weeks and really pleased with it. Machines from EWT are really good value for money compared to some other providers out there.
