I ordered salt for the first time wincing having the water softener installed a few months ago. I spoke to Abbie who explained the procedure to me. She took the order over the phone which for me was easier than doing it online. Excellent service EW Technologies.

I've been using my unit for many years now and today had to put in a call for service, outside of my normal service schedule. I spoke with Abbie and she has assured me that I'll have a great cup of tea very soon! This unit make such an amazing difference to the quality of my tap water.
Rip off company. Sign of a sinking company is one that charges £140 for a replacement filter with no fitting fee. Simple research finds a compatible bwt filter for £15 from screwfix or £10 from wickes..and they will do the same job. Salt for 5kg sold for same price as 15kg. Never returning to this rip off company and will replace with a reputable company one.
After getting past the artificial inteligence of their system (hardly their fault ) and speaking to a person our faulty softener was refurbished by the service engineer who was dead on time he acutually had the spare parts needed in his tool kit,pleasant guy,half hour later one refurbished and updated softener,water tested and he was gone! What more could you ask for?
We have a water softener installed by EWT 16 years ago from day 1 to this day I’ve always found them to be professional helpful and . I called today to talk about upgrading my system and Abbie was a wealth of knowledge and most helpful in helping me make my decision.

Excellent service and after care from EWT water systems. Renewed all the filters and cleaned all System and the drinking water system.
I would not even given a single star if there is an option. Pathetic and rude service. We had this serviced a day before since than engineer left the water softener with water leak. They suggested us to turn off water supply and wait for an engineer to arrive after days and week! The call lady was rude and insulting! They do not care about the customer damage nor the amount of water being wasted due to this leak. AVOID BY ALL MEANS AND GO WITH A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY.
EWT have provided a friendly service to me, for many years and their engineers are very helpful.
Booked a engineer to visit to service my water softener, waited one month, then it was cancelled and had to wait another month which was out of the warranty period. The Engineer arrived spent very little time and left, without checking water from the taps at all. Water from the taps was initially cloudy, salty but became extremely bitter and undrinkable. Reported this to EWT- no escalation or sense of urgency. Family of 5 with young children and no drinking water- best they could offer is an engineer who would visit in 2-3 days time. No offer of bottled water in the interim. Been with them for years but recent poor service means i will no longer use or recommend them. Quick to take my Money- still waiting for a refund! Beware.
Hi My order number 00892528..on 8th of November 2022 engineer came and fixed the softener, when he was installing softener he need to take of dish washeron that time water pipe was broken and he said he will come and fix it by 12th, he came on 12th replaced that pipe and another problem started and dish washer was not functioning again he came following Monday he said thats not his problem, called to the customer care the dragged 2-3 days. and finally came to us its not their problem, till that day my dish washer working fine now its not working... not at all happy....

Had an actual person, Abbie, call me with an appointment for my annual service. It’s so nice to speak to an actual person rather than written questions or a recorded message. She easily found me a suitable appointment and was extremely polite and friendly.
I rang EWT and I spoke to a lovely human at the end of the line. Her name was Abbie! She was a delight, so So helpful and efficient. As a long time customer, I got a fantastic discount on the new water softer system that I just ordered. It is more compact than the one I had, and it can fit under the sink. It's more efficient and reliable that the last one, which will bode me well, as there are six of us living at home. I am looking forward to getting my new softener, reverse osmosis and filtration system. EWT are an Irish company, and should be supported!!!
