I strongly recommend EWT water service.They provide excellent service.I spoke with Mr Andrew on my first call to the company,the way he deal with me was very professional and the most exiciting thing is I got the service very soon eventhough i was on the waiting list.I got it earlier than expected.So happy for the service.Today they fixed EWT water at my home.The wonderful thing is that I recieved a call from MR Andrew again to get feedback about the installation.I am delighted for the service.

Massive rip off company, close to £200 for a small unit service!! Bentley service would be cheaper, complex machinery you know! Don’t go near these cowboys!

Installation was very good when we purchased a few months ago. We've since had a fault and waited 6 weeks for an engineer appointment to be arranged which I took time off work for. They never showed up. We are trying to arrange another engineer 2 weeks later, they won't book us in again and keep hanging up on us. And now they won't even answer the calls. We just want this resolved as we have two babies in the house and need the water sorted.
