Very happy with the service from EWT. Got a morning text saying that a service operator would contact me within five days. Next minute around 11am get a call saying if I was available for a service. Man had been and gone between 12-1pm - no problems all sorted- would highly recommend this company to anyone
The service is excellent and affordable . The quality of the drinking water is first class and certainly superior to (even the most expensive) bottled variety . I am a very satisfied customer.
Thomas ( Installation Engineer) & Abbie ( from Office) was very helpful and explained in detail the suitable product required for our house. Thomas was being very honest and helpful and explained the Pros and Cons of the Softner and RO's. In addition Abbie ( from their Office) was very helpful in organising a quick appointment for the installation of the water softener system for our house. Would recommend.

I can't get any response ! I booked a service on 16/1/23. Received a text 2 days later with a date. I responded to say I needed to reschedule - heard nothing. Opened up a 'ticket' on the site requesting a new date - supposed to receive response within 24 hours - nothing .Opened up chat line dialogue - spoke to 'rep' last week - told would have a new date within 48 hours ! 10 days later - still no response.

I’ve had this company coming to my house for the last 4 years servicing my water system. Every time I call up I get very friendly customer service. This time I spoke with Abbie. Very friendly and helpful and Ross the engineer was in and out no mess and very helpful explaining what he’s done. Can’t recommend enough.

Following good advice and guidance from Deirdre in the EWT office, we decided to replace an old softener which was approx. 20 years old with a newer more compact unit complete with drinking water filtration unit. The engineer Vladimir arrived on time, was extremely professional, helpful and tidy. I would highly recommend EWT.

Easy option to replace old water filtration machine to a new small one,
I contacted EWT to transfer my old water filtration system to a new one, the response time was excellent and the service quick and easy with also an easy option payment plan, i wanted a smaller machine to fit under the sink I also received €100 discount to replace my old machine, thanks to Abbie and the team at EWT.
