Ordered some trim for a job, got order confirmation and took money but no goods. Emailed them twice to ask when being delivered and ignored both times. Seen reviews on here stating they are professional but in my case totally ignorant and unprofessional, would not use again.
I’ve traded with eurocell for many years and my local branch has a new manager and two new counter staff. They have improved the service level massively. Wendy has really impressed me with the way things have dealt with enquiries and stock levels.

I visited the shop in York on Sat for the first time. The advice that I received from Andy was first class and very reassuring for the roofing repair project that I was about to start. He steered me to the right products and was very patient with my array of questions. Thank you.
I've recently had a garden room installed. Very happy with the product. My interaction with Eurocell was first class at all levels from accounting to the Project Manager. Special mention to Robin Iles the sales executive who remained in touch throughout the project.
The delivery guys were great and so was Dan and Robin from EWB installation. So professional and courteous.

So so cheaper than anyone I've used and delivery is even quicker than what they tell you. About time there is a companies that deliver not only on time but earlier than expected . Will always use eurocell in the future a1 company
Ordered online and was advised with a phone call from my local warehouse a day or two later that the product was proving difficult to find and that it could be discontinued, I emailed for a refund and that came back within a day or two, no problems whatsoever so was pleased with the outcome.
Online ordering was straightforward only problem was with the click and collect, i had to ring the branch to see if my order was ready to collect as i did not receive an email or text to inform me the order was ready to collect.
The service from Robin Iles was exceptional from start to finish. Communication was faultless, always responded to calls and messages even once the sale was made. Highly recommend.
