I was in your Huddersfield store on the 10th of July, i was so happy with the service,I don't know the name of the man who served me but he was so friendly and helpful ,I just want to say thank you and please pass on my thanks...it was around 11.30 on Thursday the 10th...thank you.
Ordered some trim for a job, got order confirmation and took money but no goods. Emailed them twice to ask when being delivered and ignored both times. Seen reviews on here stating they are professional but in my case totally ignorant and unprofessional, would not use again.
I’ve traded with eurocell for many years and my local branch has a new manager and two new counter staff. They have improved the service level massively. Wendy has really impressed me with the way things have dealt with enquiries and stock levels. Thanks

Really good experience as a first time buyer from eurocell. Firstly great website with so much choice and easy to use. Found 2 fascia boards I needed in the right sizes which was great as others I had looked at were not long enough meaning more joins. Also other stuff I hadn't thought of was suggested to me on the order page. Ordered on the Tuesday 6pm and was delivered free( I had spent over the required amount to get this) the very next day !! . The only moan was I didn't get any text or call to say when it was being delivered, it was just left on my driveway. Lucky it wasn't stolen. I was happy when I got home from work and surprised to see it there. Good company, hassle free transaction and great quality stuff . Will definitely use again and recommend them to others if asked. Keep up the good work .

No indication items were out of stock until I'd completed order. Then an email from local branch advising of delivery date weeks in the future. Then being told unable to cancel order via local branch (who'd just contacted me to provide delivery date weeks in furure) and having to contact 'online orders' Then being ignored by 'online orders' It's 2025 - go and learn from Amazon % Ebay

Delivery did not arrive on date it was expected. No contact from the store regarding the delivery despite email assurance contact would be made within 3 days of placing the order. However then bombarded with numerous marketing emails

From initial enquiry to installation everyone was very helpful, patient and friendly. No pressure , good, clear and prompt communication at each stage. The installers , Derek, Glenn and Jordan were very punctual,professional, and faced an unexpected challenge with determination and good humour. Excellent job, well done. Now all we have to do is enjoy it!

Ordered some plastic joists had a call from the Portsmouth office (Louise) within in a few minutes arranging delivery for the same day. Delivered within the hour and unloaded by Micky to a safe location. Product looks good quality.
