I was in your Huddersfield store on the 10th of July, i was so happy with the service,I don't know the name of the man who served me but he was so friendly and helpful ,I just want to say thank you and please pass on my thanks...it was around 11.30 on Thursday the 10th...thank you.
Ordered some trim for a job, got order confirmation and took money but no goods. Emailed them twice to ask when being delivered and ignored both times. Seen reviews on here stating they are professional but in my case totally ignorant and unprofessional, would not use again.
I’ve traded with eurocell for many years and my local branch has a new manager and two new counter staff. They have improved the service level massively. Wendy has really impressed me with the way things have dealt with enquiries and stock levels. Thanks

I think Eurocell is very good because I was phoned to tell me when my order was ready, staff really nice and car packed for me. Great product, too!

Good range of products. Had what I required at a reasonable price. Easy to order and the free delivery for orders over £100 was a bonus. Big let down, downrated from 5 to 1 star. Still waiting on delivery confirmation 10 days later. No contact apart from marketing. Emailed enquiries twice with no reply.

Placed an order for two weeks, after getting the order confirmation email saying items will be dispatched in 3 business day and yet no update at all. Sent 2 emails to the inquiry mailbox and apparently no one answers it. Avoid the delivery service if possible

I’ve recently invested in a Garden Room and through the tender process I met Robin Iles from Eurocell who was absolutely amazing. Clearly extremely knowledgeable and experienced in identifying what customers need. Robin was able to translate my requirements into a proposal that was below my budget, i’d highly recommend Eurocell and especially Robin as he made the whole process easy and enjoyable.
