I was in your Huddersfield store on the 10th of July, i was so happy with the service,I don't know the name of the man who served me but he was so friendly and helpful ,I just want to say thank you and please pass on my thanks...it was around 11.30 on Thursday the 10th...thank you.
Ordered some trim for a job, got order confirmation and took money but no goods. Emailed them twice to ask when being delivered and ignored both times. Seen reviews on here stating they are professional but in my case totally ignorant and unprofessional, would not use again.
I’ve traded with eurocell for many years and my local branch has a new manager and two new counter staff. They have improved the service level massively. Wendy has really impressed me with the way things have dealt with enquiries and stock levels. Thanks

You can’t change your branch if you want to set up an order & collection online ?? Really annoying if you’ve got jobs all over the country & need to pick up the materials closer to the job . The products are good though & well stocked.

Ordered 13 lengths of white shiplap cladding. Phoned up to check availability the Gentleman on the phone was very efficient and very helpful. I ordered the stuff online which was simple. I was emailed an invoice straight away. Part of the deal was free delivery, but no time slot given. I ordered the cladding at 8.30 AM on Friday. The cladding was delivered by Steve at 10.15 AM the same day. Unbelievable or what? I ordered from Hull, I think delivery was from Beverley. The cladding was spot on at a great price. Ridiculously good service from start to finish. Cheers Bob.

Purchased Envirotile roof tiles and when first fitted looked great, shortly after I was recommending them and someone asked me to take a picture. I was horrified when I took the picture and saw how bizarre and stupid they looked. They originally agreed to replace and then said no they wouldn't as they hadnt been fitted correctly! They literally click into each other and at the gutter entry point them clip into their supplied eaves detail! They were referring to the pitch being less than 15° (mine are at 11.5). I don't see how being installed 3.5° more pitch wpuld affect their colour fastness! They are not being used for water tightness it was simply a lean to type structure that is completely open underneath. They then said they would supply some paint to make them all the same colour. Customer servies at head office said they thought I was joking but despite being escalated this is their apparent final offering! Having done some research they are clearly not as described and their 12-13 year old fire certificate (recommended to be renewed after 5 years) doesn't fill me with much confidence either! I will be getting images uploaded to social media shortly and you can see for yourselves how stupid they look!

The two men today absolutely saved me. I cut my grey window trims much too short. Although they didn't have the exact colour I wanted, they showed me other trims and made sure I cut it to the right length so I could do the mitre corners. They even cut the beading and skirting so it would fit in my car. Not only that, one of the men helped me put it in the car. Extremely helpful, friendly and didn't mind a bit of banter. I will definitely use this place again
