Prompt and efficient service and competitive pricing

Always been a great service last eight or so years. Reliable with prompt delivery when I have been unable to go to the store. I ordered some stuff that wasn't actually in stock recently and was immediately informed and refunded, other than that one incident, used many times with no problems. Stuff I have bought include EGR Valve, Pads and Discs, Complete clutch amongst other things. Thank you very much.

Easy web site. Via Number plate is excellent. Kit is surprisingly cheap but excellent quality. Staff are very helpful both at shop counter and over the phone customer service. Will be my first port of call for car parts from now on. Frome staff great service.

Good valve, available components, good open times.

Initially struggled to find the wiper blades I was looking for but Euro Car Parts made it a doddle. I just put my reg number in and up came my choices. I placed my order which was very reasonably priced, and only had to wait a few days delivery. Blades came fully secure and well boxed. They were on the vehicle within minutes, which was very satisfying. A job well done and will definitely be using Euro Car Parts again in the future.

What can I say, ordered a new battery at 1pm (standard delivery) and at 3pm the same day it arrived! Excellent!

There was an issue with a late delivery by DPD - but the team at Europarts resolved overall quite quickly - would use again.

Fast and efficient

I liked the price of the Adblue that I ordered, but I didn't like the fact that the expiry date on the container was 2019! However, I was supplied with a replacement that was suitable for sale and the assistant ignored the fact that the replacement was priced higher. The seller responded with a full apology and convinced me to continue shopping there. Will definitely go back. You can only tell how good an establishment really is when they deal with a problem. Euro Car Parts have gone from 3 stars to 5!

Twice last month I placed orders and paid online to 'speed up' the collection process. Still ended up waiting 20 minutes each time following people who had not.
