Awful service, 1 person behind the counter. I arrived at half past5 to collect a parcel ordered and paid for online. Waited 15 minutes to get served (only 1 person in front of me) finally my turn, server took my order number and then said next for the next person. 10 minutes later I ask is someone bringing my order out and he responded no I'm trying to serve everyone first before closing. So all he is interested in is getting out on time. I hear people talking in the offices behind. The bloke behind never asked for help from anyone else. Or said what he was doing. Anyway, finally serves everyone and there's 10 minutes before closing so goes out the back to get myself and 2 others people's orders when he finally comes back there is 3 minutes left before closing. Another gentleman came into the shop at 5 to to get screenwash and something else and was refused to be served.
Shocking - do not waste your time with reg search for a car battery, you may as well close your eyes and put out a finger. I purchased a car battery in August last year following the online instructions on their website. Input my registration plate as required and viewed a list of batterie’s compatible for my Volvo C70 . Went into my local York store, again issued my reg plate and purchased the chosen battery under their recommendations. A few weeks ago my car stopped working. I was left reliant on lifts to work and school drop offs at short notice as wouldn’t start most mornings. Charged the battery over night, ok for a day then days followed on being stranded in various places, having to get jumped off by strangers and left in the dark one night with my son. This was all very unsettling and felt extremely vulnerable. Took the battery back as under warranty and was replaced like for like. To a few days later the same issues, of which I then had the added stress and cost of calling out a mechanic, to be told I had the complete incorrect battery for my car . I called York Euro parts 9/3/25 and explained my frustration and was told that ….. “I should not go off the recommendations on the website as they are not specific to any car, they just advertise the batteries that they have in stock and did not know why they did this” Of which I replied so it’s completely false advertising and sales and quite frankly appalling customer service. I was then told what battery I actually required and it would cost me £131.12 and that when I purchased the first one, the team member should have done a dealer search to ensure it was the correct one. Which very clearly on two separate visits was not done. So after spending £60 on the initial one plus 2 visits to replace the battery that was totally inadequate in the first place and on top of mechanics costs, my inconvenience of the last 2 weeks, worry and stress I now had to pay out again all because I followed the company’s instructions on recommendation’s and bought the incorrect one on their advice. I stated I had been completely misguided and can they part ex due to the situation. I was told no because it’s been used 🤷♀️🤦♀️😡 of course it’s been used because it was a replacement, and for less than a week. Also that I had the wrong battery so it was not been returned as faulty????????) no I never should have bought it in the first place because it was incorrect for my vehicle but Euro parts said it was. I then had no choice to buy the correct one that turned out to be just over £140 not even the price that was quoted over the phone. But the final nail on the coffin was after the phone call, he said “That’s not what you wanted to hear” Absolutely not, I feel, cheated, ripped off, shafted and being a woman absolutely taken the tinkle out of. The whole experience has shown it’s a man’s world as I am very sure a male would not have got this treatment. Staying clear of this buisness with the poor and inadequate sales advice and clearly lacking staff training if they know of the misguided website lies and still don’t do a dealer check pre purchase which apparently is standard🧐. The only cow boys I will be seeing from now on is on yellow stone.

50 minutes round trip to pick up a order that was supposed to be available for collection at 3pm today only to be told it won't be there till 12pm tomorrow. Wasted time and fuel for something that could have been avoided by emailing me correct information. Order number 113-00077211486 Edit: I have been asked by Euro Car Parts customer services to amend or remove this review after they claim to have reached a mutually satisfactory conclusion. They pestered me with emails and took longer to process the cancellation (and the refund) than they said they would in the emails. If I could amend this review to make it zero stars I would do - a mutually satisfactory conclusion isn't achieved by belatedly refunding me for an order that they wasted my time over. I'd advise using smaller independent motor spares stores rather than this inept company.

Ordered a car battery, after discovering it was a battery fault not starting motor on the Wednesday evening and was out for delivery the next morning, excellent speed of service.
Missing items from my order, I've tried to email regarding it with the usual auto response that clearly havent read what ive put, I've tried calling several times and get put on hold each time in excess of 20 minutes, I'll just spend the extra money in the future and go to another company
UPDATE Customer service left me to sort it out directly with the manufacturer. Didnt want to get involved. Once you buy from this company if anything goes wrong you're on your own! Update Generic reply from Euro Car Parts Apparently it's my fault. Now there's a surprise! I bought a dent removal kit, only to later find the exact same one at Aldi for half the price—right after EuroCar Parts conveniently removed it from their price match scheme. Worse still, the dent removal dowel ruined my paintwork. When I complained, EuroCar Parts went through the usual motions of imaginary concern but ultimately blamed me. It took them over a week to "check with the manufacturer," only to come back with a response that was as predictable as it was useless. Avoid this company. Most of what they sell can be found elsewhere for half the price, and their customer service is just as disappointing as their pricing.
Easy to find what I needed and just as easy to order. Arrived within the specified time. Delivery driver was lovely, very polite and told me one item was quite heavy and to be careful.
