No updates on order. After 7 days items still not delivered. Website chat and order tracker not helpful.

Ordered next day pickup. Wrong item delivered. Refused collection and was told refund will be applied for straight away but may have to wait for 2 weeks (which is not great in this day and age) however the refund reached my account the day after it was taken out and it turns out that its company policy that it could take 2 weeks so I suggest keep checking your account for any refund due because I didn't. Ordered Brembo disks Product Code: 10472060A and pads Product Code: 10172536A, for the front of my vehicle, parts were delivered to my door, good service and am happy with the parts that I have now fitted.

Speedy delivery, well packed. No problems

I got a partial 2 out of 3 components. Contacted Europarts help who chased the missing component that arrived the following day. Disappointed not to get everything at once but follow up help was good.

This is the second time in succession that the delivery has not arrived. Last time I had to go to the store and get it.

Brilliant service. A small hiccup in the supply of a part that was too small while to car was being worked on . . . No problem to Cambridge branch. Re-ordered part was there in 40 minutes, wrong part returned, refund appeared in my bank account two days later. Challenge anyone to do better than that!

Despite having the car number plate and details euro car parts always seem to give the wrong parts and as for customer service it's a joke one person service the queue is out the door

Excellent service

I’m incredibly disappointed with Europarts’ failure to honor their own price match policy. Despite meeting all the criteria outlined, the manager outright refused to match a competitor's price, stating that they would not price match Tanya because "that company is always cheaper." This explanation completely undermines the purpose of having a price match guarantee in the first place. If Europarts is unwilling to follow through on their promises, it raises serious questions about their customer service and business integrity. I expected better, and this experience has certainly made me reconsider shopping here again.
