I had a very frustrating experience with Euro Part. I ordered a pair of leaf springs on 17.03., but only received one after a week. It is now April, and I am still waiting for the second part. Communication has been extremely difficult, as it is nearly impossible to reach them by phone. Due to the long delay and poor service, I had to cancel my order and found a better and more affordable option with Part Plus. I do not recommend this company.

purchased car battery, which died unexpectedly, without any notice. very quick delivery to our home address, easy to use website, reasonably priced. used before, will use again. Eurocarparts is always our first option

Eleza has been extremely helpful. I had a few issues with the parts on my order, and then also with the labour from the chosen garage. Eleza took care of them quickly and kept me posted throughout the entire process.

Bought some wipers, the wrong ones were supplied, returned and changed but the right ones were £20 extra. A helpful individual managed to sort this out. Thanks Liam for that

Cancelled order and promised refund within 5 days. 2 weeks later still waiting. Don't trust them

I still haven't received my refund for the car battery I didn't receive. I responded to Clare H by email many times to say that the refund hasn't been paid into my account. Today I get an email saying that the case is closed because I haven't responded.

Delivered on far more quickly than suggested on website.

I’d placed an order on line oil and oil & air filters by 1100 Thursday . Told 3-4 working days for delivery. Not delivered by Tuesday 1300 so i called to check - told they were out for delivery. I rang to check at 1715 to be told not until Wednesday 0930 by which time is dropped the oil from my vehicle in readiness of delivery. Not good. I had to drive in another vehicle to collect it as now back at unit 1750. No apology and damaged packaging to filters
