I don't like the fact that the battery I bought on internet was £34 cheaper (approximately) than I could buy it on my trade account which I have had for 25 years + .It appears you sell cheaper to the general public than to the trade this is not the sort of treatment I would expect to a long term trade account

Was awaiting my order after receiving a text message saying there was a issue and would let me know when it was ready only to receive a small five days later to say you have till Tuesday 1st April to collect.

Charged me twice, website crashed still waiting on refund
