Waited over a week for brake pads ,no communication. Most companies are next day delivery and you get updates if not from them you get notifications fron there courier.

Two separate parcels came on seperate days. 4-5 working days it took. I had to go to the store and order it there otherwise did miss my car service. I had to then return the part that arrived by post as it took too long.
I have no problem with the quality of all your products but I have now used Halfords for my parts on the past four occasions. My complaint is purely on your pricing and the fact that you supplied Halfords with exactly those same parts at a cheaper price which I then collected from them instead! I know that you do a price match but it's the hassle of providing receipts for visual proof and running back and forwards. I would point out that the price difference is not small otherwise I wouldn't be moaning. Renault Kadjar front brake discs saving £70. Audi Q5 front brake discs saving £60. Various filters (oil,air,cabin,fuel) all saving on the total servicing cost. Please review your product prices and pass this saving on to your loyal customers.
