Reserved a car battery and went in to pick it up this morning at the High Wycombe branch. I was practically ignored for approximately 15 minutes. I went in the customer entrance, stood there and no one came to assist, I could here them next door talking and making jokes, so I went there, the sign said no customer entrance so I stood and the door and let the worker knew that I was here to pick up a battery she/he sent me back next door to the customer quarters. Went back and was there for another 10 minutes while they chat and laugh next door. I left without the battery, no one still didn’t come to assist me.
Ordered online after checking the product was in stock. It said they had 4. When I got there they didn't have any but said they could get one in in the afternoon. Later I called them and told them to add another item, again 4 in stock. Got there at 3 pm and my original item was there. But not the second additional order. It used to be very reliable and always had everything in stock. But it's gone right downhill. I'm going to GSF in future
Purchased a set of wheel trims from the Maidstone branch in March to put on my wife's car which we are selling. When I got around to fitting them I found three spring clips missing and also one of the trims was cracked. Now this box was obviously been used for spares parts or a return unchecked. Either way they should never have been sold on to another customer. As I live in London and no longer have the receipt I have no plans to return them. This poor service and re selling of broken incomplete stock is very poor and extremely disappointing. Update...Euro car parts contacted me about this issue and a lovely lady called Keeleigh resolved my issue. The follow up customer service was prompt and excellent.
I cancelled an order on 31st March 2025 but despite two phone calls and two promises, the refund has not been paid. This was the Stoke branch. Since first writing this review Clare phoned me and after hearing the circumstances she arranged fir the problem to be sorted. Refund appeared in my account 15 minutes later. Fully retired my faith in Euro car parts. Return to 5 stars.
Went into eurocarparts at halesmere late this evening as I needed a filter. Zoe on the front desk was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Part fitted and working much better.
Having tried several times this morning to purchase 2 ball joints at your Ashford Kent branch, and it said authentication failed, Nationwide are saying there are no issues with my payment details, 5 minutes ago we then tried to order using my daughters details and low and behold it said exactly the same thing so what’s the issue
I strongly advise to stay away from this company. They are totally not bothered. You can pay for express delivery and still didnt get an order. They are just lazy and don't give any attention to they work. Help centre is terrible, you can waist hours and dont get any help, just loosing your time for waiting for reply. Worst experience ever, now I will have to ask to refund my money it is a joke.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would have been very happy with the service provided only for one thing,which was that I had paid for next day delivery service. Sadly I had to ring up to find out where or when my order would be delivered. After being passed on to the local store I finally received my order that day which had been despatched as I was on the phone asking where my order was. This experience hasn't put me off purchasing other items from Euro parts.........I just choose to collect.
