the last 2 support staff were great and very very helpful - but the europarts system is old tech - most people will buy a pair of window wipers and once you put your reg into the europarts system, you expect the system to be smart and give you what you need ( a pair of wipers) - the fact that window wipers are not paired ( due to driver side and offside being different sizes) makes no sense at all.
Following on from my previous review, I was contacted by a guy called Liam who could not be more helpful. He advised me that all concerns had been taken on board and had spoken with all branch staff to ensure things like this don't happen again. Also,as a gesture of good will I was offered a gift voucher to use on future purchases. Thank you for you help in this Liam, very much appreciated. Mark.
Used the reg checker to find (the same) parts for two different cars. Picked from the options it provided. When they turned up neither part fit the cars and looking on the box is designated for a (third) totally different make of car. When I spoke to customer service, they were very rude and additionally hid behind some nonsense about “you must perform additional checks that the part is right” - how I could have known beyond buying and attempting to fit them, I don’t know. Essentially the checker is nonsense as it can be completely wrong and they don’t give a damn if it is. Further to that, I’m now stuck with parts that I can’t use and they want me to pay for a courier to return them - putting me out of pocket for their mistake. Side note: Amazon had exactly the parts we wanted and their reg checker works.
Didn’t come after a week
Amazing customer service from Barking branch. Bought car battery 6 weeks ago which developed a fault. Spoke to Joe and explained we could not carry battery on the bus to return. 2 hours later they delivered a new battery and collected the faulty one. Joe was really helpful. Great customer service
Bought discs and pads for my Audi for the cars MOT and used my reg number to find correct ones to order. MOT wasn’t due for 3 months and when it came to having them fitted only the pads were correct, I was sent the wrong discs that didn’t fit my car. Have them still in the original wrapping and box untouched. Called to explain they sent the wrongs ones and my car couldn’t get its MOT due to them selling the wrongs ones. Why have a system to help me buy the correct ones and send me the wrong ones then tell me you can’t give me the correct ones because it’s over the 60 days. I bought these trusting they would send the correct ones. Cost me over £400 to have the correct ones delivered. Won’t be buying from them again, shocking attitude towards a customer who has spend a lot over the years. Will be using EBay and marketplace in the future.

What is the point of having an "enter you REG" function if you still get sent the wrong part? order brake pads.. checked with the reg checker that the part would fit.. get the brake pads, replace my old ones only to find after driving the pads are the completely wrong size and are knocking around. After a quick google.. the pads that were sent are for the 2020 variation of my car and not the 2013-2017 variation I needed. Now what? I'm £80 down on pad, and now I have to order the correct part directly from SEAT for £170.. won't bother again.
Bought oil and filter for a VW Polo. Crossland make not in stock so took a Mann filter (actually the same as the VW main dealer had fitted). However, I checked the box and no sump washer. Salesman said thats usual, and Europarts do not stock the washers. At £8.59, expect washer to come with the filter, or I can buy one. OK I used the old one again, but just saying! Otherwise easy to park, no queue and staff polite and quick.
