Would not buy another battery from them as I bought a leisure battery that had one year warranty on did not last a year but they gave me a brand-new one so about a year on now and it’s done exactly the same thing as the first one spoke to customer services they said they can only give a year warranty from the original receipt that does not make sense as they gave me another brand new one about eight months on from the original receipt and now the new one has done exactly the same thing The customer service did not give me any discount or any sympathy as now I’ve got to go buy a brand new battery again. That’s three batteries in 2 1/2 years

No one should have to wait so long in a queue. Had to wait 10mins while a customer was being served. When it came to my turn, the assistant struggled to type in my surname, here's the kicker, it's 4 letters long, spelled it three times the I had to use the phonetic alphabet. He then spent 10 mins looking for it, he then returned to tell me the item had been miss placed, so I had to wait 5mins more. Every time I go I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time even when there is no queue, because no one is manning the counter. Why have a click and collect service, if it takes so long to find the item. Message states, items will be ready to collect in 15mins. So I arrive, 1hr after they are ready and have to wait 15mins, because it really wasn't ready. I could suggest a simple fix, thats common sense, but why should I give idea and solutions to be fit the efficiency of a company that I don't work for and have no investment in.

Ordered 3 spark plugs on the 24th April payed £6 for next day delivery. On the next day waited till 3pm no sighn of them .so I looked on my account online .it said delivered so I rang them up and they said they didn't know why it said they were delivered as they had them there at the store.they said they would deliver them first thing in the morning. The day after they were meant to come .so the day after they were meant to come I watched my camera waiting for them .they turned up at 8.45am only just to drive past my house and not deliver. So I rang them again .they said that the woman knocked on my door and there was no answer .lying b....... .still waiting now I will never use this company ever again. Nor recommend them my account is now getting shut down .this was at the blackburn branch

Ordered 3 items and 2 items was wrong . Who is picking the items? Luck I checked the numbers before leaving the carpark

Originally placed an order for pressure washer and I didn't receive the item after 7 days so I contacted them to say it had been stuck with the courier for 4 days , the customer service is so generic , just a repeat of what I had already told them , after another week they said I would receive a refund which then took another 11 days to hit my bank account which was after another email to say I still hadn't received it. This was the first time I had used the company and i reviewed a 1 star. I was then contacted by them and offered a £20 voucher so I decided to spend it but opt for a click and collect, I tried for 3 days to place a click and collect order and it would not allow me to complete checkout for either of my local stores despite having plenty of stock , so unfortunately as I didn't want to opt for a £3.95 Evri delivery as they are unreliable I ended up having to pay £6.95 for DPD next day which due to the bank holiday unfortunately took 3 days so again not a good 2nd experience.

Ordered Jet Washer online nearly 10 days ago and still waiting. Complete joke no updates and Order status shows order taken not dispatched. If you haven't got stock don't take my money.... First and last experience. Waiting on full Refund...

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service. After not delivering my order (this seems to be an issues from what I’ve seen in other reviews ). It took 10 days to get a refund and that was after chasing them for 8 days in the end I had to walk to their store to get a refund. The manager was rude and suggested I had no evidence of the order even though I showed him my online order cancellation. Through frustration I knocked over a couple of plastic bottles. I received my refund after 10 days. I have now received a threatening email from their legal department banning me from their store. I am annoyed as I was not rude as they claim in their email but I wouldn’t got back to this Chertsey store if they paid me the manager is so rude and the customer service diabolical. They mentioned they would not take legal action and report criminal damage to the police. But what about the theft of my monies ?. Didn’t deliver my order but took my monies and held it for 10 days ?. That is theft. This is the kind of service you will get from this stores manager who is also disingenuous and lies.

There was a warehouse mix up that affected my order. Whilst I initially had issues getting a meaningful response from customer services. Once L got involved the service was exemplary Initial review follows for transparency. Ordered yesterday and paid for delivery today. Order is not even showing as picked 24 hours later. Wasted time emailing and on chat. Was told I’d have a response in an hour 4.5 hours ago.

took over 7 days to process an online return. Had to contact them daily to cancel an online order. The help centre cant call the branch to cancel an order can only e-mail and wait for days for a response.Thanks to Liam the problem has now been solved.

I bought a product on line and found it was going to be ready on the Tuesday, I called to change the delivery address which wasn't done I arrived to Tonbridge to collect it, I had to reorder and had to pay more for it which I don't find right.

Ordered a car part on Portland Rd. Brighton branch the guy from the till gave me the wrong one, got to the garage and the engineer says is the wrong one, went back for refund wich it happened and then they say it will be between 5 to 7 working day's. SO I HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR MISTAKE? Never going back there 🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡

Found a part really cheap on there, that being a timing kit on a massive discount(88%) which got me really excited as it’s exactly what I need however when I tried order it it wouldn’t let me pick it up from anywhere I tried every city and it also wouldn’t let me order it to my address. Why even advertise it on your website for that much showing it’s available if that’s the case??? Way to ruin someone’s day.

After having issues after issues I put complaint in and they sorted it thank you I hope if I do ever trust buy again all will be ok

Their website proudly boasts about a voucher for 10% off when spending over £50. So I spent a while browsing for bits and pieces to bring my order to the required £50 total. But it turns out that the discount code doesn't apply to ANY of the items in my basket! The list of exclusions is massive (736 *categories* are excluded!!!). What an enormous waste of time. Then the real kicker - I tried to check out for delivery and it says "some of your items can't be delivered" - and it doesn't even tell you which ones!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stuff it - I'll stick to Amazon.
