Sell the wrong the parts for the car that don't fit which cost me more money as I quoted the job but had to get OEM parts

Ordered from the Stevenage branch. Website said they had my brake discs in stock so I ordered for click and collect. When I get there the guy said they didn't have them. Went to order some for delivery and the product had been deleted from the website. Still haven't received my refund over a week later. Edit: customer service rang me shortly after posting this and helped me fix all of my issues. I was surprised that they would reach out but I'm very glad they did. 10/10 customer service

The order was slightly late, but the company accepted this and provided a partial refund - fair enough.

My brake pad order was supposed to be free delivery - but it simply sat on a shelf for a week. I had to collect my order personally. A very helpful assistant (Rachel) looked up my Registration, found the VIN number and exchanged the parts for the correct ones. I appear to have a “Friday afternoon” car with unusual brakes fitted. PS - great after sales support from Euro Car Parts support team.
