totally botched my uk eta application on my own, but they fixed it quick. customer service was patient, walked me thru everything. got approved in a day. pricey but worth it for the stress relief.
100 dollar ipv de 10 pond.... Just use the UK app. After discussing the situation with them, they were really understanding, and we arrived to a mutual agreed solution.
I confirm the bad reviews given below. Also was charged 99$ for the UK ETA which normally costs 10$. Please please please don't use this rip-off website which is an independent private company who can charge whatever they want.

It's a scam, they charge you an undisclosed amount for 99 euros, when the real gov website charges 12. I have contacted them 10 times to claim a refund but they won't reply.
NOT an official site! They will charge your application with a high fee (99USD), but the travel authorization is INVALID. Do not use this service!
