totally botched my uk eta application on my own, but they fixed it quick. customer service was patient, walked me thru everything. got approved in a day. pricey but worth it for the stress relief.

Página que parece oficial y aparece la primera al realizar la búsqueda en Google y te cobra 119 dólares americanos por una gestión que cuesta en realidad 16 libras. Si te has equivocado como yo, manda un mail diciendo que quieres cancelar tu compra y te devolverán el importe en poco tiempo.

Il sito è ben fatto, è facile cadere in errore e credere che sia un sito governativo. Ti offrono l'ETAS a 119 $. Purtroppo il prezzo è mostrato nel sito ma sulla parte bassa. Inoltre, in fase di pagamento ho inserito i dati della carta e l'importo da pagare non era indicato. Mi aspettavo fosse in una pagina successiva. Invece cliccando ho autorizzato il pagamento.

Es una ESTAFA. Me intentaron cobrar 104€. En cuanto me di cuenta mandé un correo al email que me mandaron pidiendo la devolución, y otro en su página. En menos de una hora me contestaron que congelaban mi petición y no me hacían el cobro

I would like to edit my review about ETAS Because it turned out to be a reliable company … I had to cancel my service and they promptly stopped the payment.

I was a distracted and didn't pay attention. They changed me with 108€ for something that cost 10times less. I opened a legal disclaimer following the instruction in the website but not sure how this will be useful. Shame.

Aanvraag voor ETA gedaan. Ik heb ook al mijn gegevens gegeven. Het kost mij 95 EURO. Het is onduidelijk of zij echt ETA hebben aangevraagd. Ik heb nieuwe op juiste site van de Britse Overheid aangevraagd. Let op daar kost het echt veel minder.
The same thing happened to me today. Luckily I didn’t have enough money on my virtual card (I was also expecting less the. 20 gbps) so the payment got denied. I started to google them only after that happened, it was weird that they got the first search results. I did solve my ETA through the official site but I am very stressed that they have all my data. I sent them an email to ask that they delete any info associated with me but they replied only asking about the payment :(. I will make a new passport but I am also looking into filing some proper complaint.
Do not use this company. Their website indicates that they are available 24/7 for support by email or phone, yet no phone number is listed. within an hour of making payment, I received a message that my scanned passport was not acceptable and that I needed to scan it again. Yet there is no apparent way to modify an existing application. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
"This website is NOT affiliated with any government agency" yet they supposedly get your ETA for you? For anyone who fell for it I recommend changing your passport, who knows what they are using your sensitive personal information for after scamming you.

Bestilte ved en fejl visa gennem hjemmesiden. Skrev med det samme til deres 24/7 kundeservice og bad om annullering i henhold til betingelserne, og anmodede om bekræftelse på sletning af personoplysninger. Fik inden for få minutter bekræftelse på, at min ordre var annulleret og de reserverede pengene blev frigivet samtidig. De bekræftede endvidere at alle oplysninger var slettet. OBS: Kræver højt gebyr for at bistå med visa.
