Ich habe ETAs für mich, meinen Mann und unsere beiden Kinder beantragt. Alles was super einfach und wir bekamen die Genehmigungen in weniger als 12 Stunden.

I filled in my date of birth wrong by mistake, but they noticed and reached out. After I confirmed, they corrected it and everything went through. Slight delay but very helpful service.

I had a quick question and support got back to me right away. My ETA was sorted in less than 24 hours. Very happy with the service.

I ended up at this site thinking it was the official UK site, my surprise came when I got the notification of a charge of 103 EUR in my card, I freaked out, talked to the bank, cancelled my card and sent them an email asking for reimbursement. Fair to say they did respond saying they would cancel the charge and as of today it has not gone through. I have also noticed they have updated their site and is now more clear about their charges. Still, they are charging 10x for a service that is no difference than the official one, the process is exactly the same, and for those that do not know they will fall for it so I don´t think that is ethical.

Diese Website ist ein Scam - Hände weg! Sie erhebt Gebühren für die Beantragung des ETA-Visums für UK in Höhe von 119 US-Dollar, während dasselbe Visum über die UK Government Website nur 19 US-Dollar kostet. Dabei sind die auszufüllenden Web-Formulare identisch und es gibt keine Vereinfachung oder Service, die diese horrende Gebühr rechtfertigt. Zudem ist die Gebühr nur sehr klein geschrieben, so dass sie kaum lesbar ist. Ich werde diese Scam-Website melden.

Ladri. 103€ senza nemmeno farlo vedere prima. ho seguito le indicazioni di altri truffati, spero di ricevere indietro le somme sottratte.

I was tricked that this is the official site, but totally overcharged by 119 US dollars, when the real price is only 16£. I sent a reimbursement mail and got an answer that it was cancelled and the money would be paid back. I've seen other's got paid back but so far I can't see on my credit card that it is paid back. No, it’s not clear at all and considering reading other reviews and how easy the official ETA request is to do by yourself it’s quite clear that your company is more of a scammer company than anything else. It actually takes longer time to do it through you.

Sono solo degli imbroglioni

Sito ben fatto e indicizzato, ma offrono probabilmente un servizio aggiuntivo. Fino all'ultima pagina non è indicato l'importo che poi si rivela di 116 USD invece che le 16 sterline per il visto!!!! ATTENZIONE!! Preoccupata perchè il pagamento parte subito senza mostrare l'importo precedentemente ho subito scritto una mail all'indirizzo per il rimborso chiedendo inoltre la cancellazione di tutti i dati personali forniti. Hanno risposto dopo meno di un'ora e stornato il pagamento. ATTENZIONE!!

Questo sito è uno SCAM. Chiedono 119 USD per un ETA UK che costa 19 euro circa. Purtroppo è facile essere tratti in inganno, visto che il sito appare tra i primi risultati di Google digitando ETA UK. Usate il sito ufficiale del governo inglese.

When I realized they'd charged me 117€ when the ETA is 16£, I panicked!!! I sent them an email requesting for the reimbursement right away. They refunded me. At least I fot got the money back.

Scammers! They charge you 10 times the original price and make use of it that people dont know how the ETA System works

Attenzione! È una truffa, non ti fanno capire la cifra e poi si prendono piú di 100 euro, ti arriva anche l'email con il visto ottenuto ma poi dopo qualche ora sparisce, ho bloccato la carta per sicurezza poi ho seguito i consigli di chi ci è cascato prima di me inviando dal sito una email dove chiedevo di annullare tutto e li minacciavo di fare una denuncia, dopo un'ora mi hanno fatto lo storno tornandomi indietro la cifra pagata.

Non è il sito per fare l’ETA per il Regno Unito anche se il più indicizzato quando si fa la ricerca su Google. Quando chiede i dati della carta di credito preleva immediatamente 103 euro senza mostrare l’importo e senza autorizzazione della banca. Ho mandato loro una mail dopo essermene accorta e nel giro di pochi minuti hanno rimborsato i 103 euro.

Es un fraude. No es la página oficial para sacar el ETA.

Die Aufmachung der Seite sieht recht vertrauenswürdig und professionell aus. Während der gesamten Dateneingabe wird nirgendwo auf die Kosten hingewiesen. Nach dem der Auftrag abgeschlossen und die Zahlungsdaten eingetragen wurden, erhielt ich eine Benachrichtigung, dass meine Karte mit 114€, umgerechnet etwa 119 Dollar belastet worden ist. Ich habe die Bestellung jetzt sofort storniert und hoffe, mein Geld wiederzubekommen.

Distracted and then realised the big mistake. Not the official website and it came up straight away when wanting to book. I thought I was completely scammed, went to the police and everything, after they checked they did say it is a legitimate website, but they charge a fee for their services. I just felt completely tricked. I went on their website and you can write an email to them about a refund, and to my huge surprise, within 15 minutes they had sent me back my money. So now I just gotta worry about my data. I just can't believe this is not more common knowledge... You need to be so careful these days. It seems many people fall for this! If you also fell for it, do go to their refund page on the bottom of the page it gives you the email address and everything you need to tell them to get a refund.
