Changed to EON easily. Saved over £30 a month.
Easy to use site, real human beings to answer emails if you have a query and very speedy credit refund when your account has more than needed.
Since I've been with Eon, the service has been good. They have kept me up to date with changes that might occur over the coming year, and nasw good suggestions on how to keep my maintain my budget.
Just said the amount to be refunded, quickly approved and money back in my account a few days later. Simple!
I had some issues with the my EV charger but you have replied me so quickly and taking very seriously to sort this out. I really appreciate your help thank you very much.
I send the meter readings every Friday but every so often you bill me mid week, I clearly pay on time so it’s annoying.
I have had no issues with eon, managed to change tariff easy happy with the service.
I have been an Eon customer for many years now and never felt the need to change to another electricity or gas provider. At several times I've had other offers and quotes but it has never been any cheaper.
