When you ask for a refund of £400 you on get 50% of it back and then you put up the monthly direct debit by £30 why when I’m £200 in credit pay a DD of approx £140 and my last months bill for June was £55.
It took too long for the refund to arrive. I had hoped to give my daughter some spending money for her holiday but sadly it was not to be.
Our tarrif was coming to an end and we switched it online however when it came through the estimate was higher than originally stated in the online offer. We contact Eon via WhatsApp and they were brillant. Apologised for any confusion and changed it to the next tarrif which was nearly the same as the original offer (bar 44p a month). Really quick and easy and didn't have to wait in a queue or anything.
I feel E.ON has been monitoring my account and adjusting payments accordingly. This helps to budget for ongoing expenses.

They give you an up-to-date account every month , you can pay by direct debit , you can download your monthly account and payments anytime you can phone them easy and they are very helpful with your problems I would definitely recommend them I am totally happy with them

The lady I spoke to was extremely professional until I changed my ways to jovial. She explained that I would need a new account as it was in my late husband’s name. She explained every necessary detail, provided me with my new account number.
Today young Lady called Leah deal with me and I can say she were polite and professional , her customer service skills 5 start. What was more impressive beside these her attitude going over and above . Thank you very much Leah. She was amazing 👏 and I hope your company appreciate you as much as did.
