Easy sign up procedure. Eon deal with your current supplier Changeover was painless We are now £90 a month better off. Longer period of low rate electricity between 12-7am as opposed to only 5 hours from other suppliers
Very helpful you explain everything and when your finished you still asked can is there anything else we can help you with I would never leave E.on great company

The new installation was completed on time, I was kept informed of the procedure all along, everyone concerned was helpful, I was very impressed.
I spoke to Kieran at Eon via their WhatsApp. (Which is such a great alternative to email/phone) He managed to change my tariff to one that was far cheaper than what I was paying before hand. He was friendly, helpful and did such a great job at getting it sorted for me quickly and efficiently.
Switch to EON went smoothly within 10 days. The Smart Meter was fitted by Morrisons within the time window given.
To be fair, so far so good. They have come a long way over the last few years and appear to have invested heavily in systems and customer service. I’ve only been in a month, so it’s still early days, but if things keep going the way they are, I’ll be mighty impressed

Had issues with correct charges on meter this was looked into and found few problems as was on wrong rate thus was corrected then was undine and I correct again this took some months to sort but we got it sorted in the end
Change from supplier to eon was very fast and efficient. . Was quoted 4 days and that was exactly right. Superb price for my electric vehicles. Saving lots of money.
