The system for ordering was so simple. The cost per month AMAZING for what i need but the customer service, helping me by email when i was having difficulties with my own mobile phone, was PHENOMENAL. I have never experienced so much help from any company across any area before. Nothing was too much trouble. They need double stars.

Staff member's service EXCELLENT. Service provided by Yorkshire Water for communication by hearing impaired/deaf people poor. Only telephone OR POSTAL - ? IN EMERGENCY? - not very helpful. No forewarning of their shortfall charge from previous year going to be added to the forthcomung year. Hence 61% increase from 2024-25 to 2025-26 billing NOT helpful!! SO HOW DO I RESPOND JULIE TO YOUR REQUEST? ON HERE AS "EDITING"? THANKS. PAT Thank you for responding. Pat
