Whilst I am pleased to have received the refund I did flag up 3 months ago that the DD should not have been increased. Reviewing my usage profile would have confirmed that the DD should not have been increased by £100 per month
Good value, easy to use via app or online and reminded when fixed tariff is coming to an end, and the best alternatives offered. Particularly good if you have an EV.
They’re currently trying to scam me of more money after I left them months ago. Even going as far as to contact a legal team to investigate this. Eon Next are a scam and you should avoid them as much as possible.
The service I have received with E.on next has been Excellent. When I asked for a refund it was in my Account within three days.
