Why can't energy companies just work out my annual usage, and then divide it by 12 so I pay the same amount each month! E.ON told me 2 months ago that I wasn't paying enough, and just put my direct debit up - this was despite the fact that we were just entering the summer months when usage generally falls. In my case, the usage drop is even greater as I have solar panels, which provide us with electricity and also heat the hot water, reducing gas usage to close to zero. To cap it all, just 2 months after putting the direct debit up, they've offered me a refund......

Easy to obtain quote & transfer supplier quickly & efficiently only difficulty occurred when unable to sign in to provide meter readings - eventually able to do so. generally easy process
