Excellent customer service Great advice
They have improved over the years by being more proactive with adjusting direct debits. Relatively good app. I still remember the bad experiences I had when I needed upgrading my meters and it was a complete shit show.
Not sure checked the new deals and chose the one that is going to cost the least. There were three or four different deals to chose from not sure if I made the correct decision, time will tell.

I’ve been with EON Next for several years now, using them for both gas and electricity, and they’ve consistently been efficient, reliable, and reasonably priced. Most recently, I moved out of my property and was genuinely impressed by how smooth and stress-free the whole process was. Everything was handled over WhatsApp, which was incredibly convenient, and a representative named Kauthar took care of my case with real professionalism and kindness. He made the whole experience effortless. Now just waiting to see if my account credit gets refunded, but based on everything so far, I’m confident it’ll be handled just as smoothly. Five stars from me.

It didn't take too long on the phone, every time I deal with E,On, the person who I speak to is always polite, helpful and very patient. This is one if the reasons I have stayed with them, plus the fact they offer a good deal on utilities, so very happy.
Quick and efficient. Gave me the best deal for last 3 years to keep me loyal. Like the WhatsApp chat service and also got lively customer service when i call them.
E.on seem very keen on getting customers to have the biggest credit on accounts possible that they can achieve, this actually means they are getting loads and loads of interest wherever they keep our money. I had a £500.00 credit, it took ages to get it back. They then said I should pay £68.00 a month, but proceeded to take £138.00 by direct debit meaning I now have a credit of £200.00 again. It’s really very shocking to think e.on have so much money belonging to customers in their bank account when it should be in the customers bank accounts, possibly preventing bank charges and interest payments to banks as well.
Difficult to submit a meter reading but managed to resolve it.

The person I chatted to on WhatsApp was great but the actual outcome of the chat was not ideal as basically I was invited to join a scheme to save money via an email to be then told I wasn’t eligible due to not being on a smart meter ….. when this was questioned (because I am on a smart meter) I was not told i just wasn’t eligible but that the eligibility criteria wasn’t actually known??? Disappointing
Easy to request refund on website, money transferred very quickly.
After receiving my online bill the gas portion was missing.I contacted Eon Next via WhatsApp and was contacted back within the hour.After going through their security checks they sorted out my problem and I can only say I big thank you to their customer service advisor Francis .Well done
