Easy to use website. Customers are kept informed of prices changes and appropriate new tarrifs and transfer customers onto them.
It could have been a five, but the tariffs are not laid out clearly which leads to thoughts that it’s not supposed to be too transparent?
Every time I have a worry about billing or other problems, I e-mail your team and they help me immediately, they treat me as a person, friendly and so helpful. It’s a different person most times, but all are equally helpful.
