Your website has failed to complete my request for a refund three times - all I get is a picture of a shark!! This means having to ring up to get the refund agreed, which is OK but no email has been sent to confirm, which is essential since my last request for a refund in May resulted in several emails to different people before it finally failed to be processed and did not materialise. PLEASE GET IT RIGHT THIS TIME!!
