Managed to sort out the issue I had fairly quickly. However it was an E.ON email that had a link which didn't work that triggered my query.

changing our tariff was quick,easy,and trouble free.We usually do our changes on the phone but this experience has changed our minds
since using the smart meter supplied by e0n next i have saved money and had my monthly payment reduced
Overall experience was very good.

The call handler listened to what I asked and went through my electric reading from 2021 to the present. We then changed tariffs. Amazing help from an extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient lady.

I have just switched my energy supplier to E.ON Next. The switch was smooth and only took 3 days from application to switch. I was kept up to date with the process theoughout with emails. Overall a great experience

The agent who I spoke to on the phone explained the information well.
Fitter arrived on time. New meter fitted and system checked. Cheerful man as he went about the job. Cleared away no mess. Took about 2 hours as was estimated.
If you should have a problem, which are very rare, the customer service team they employ are very knowledgeable about their products and solve a problem swiftly.
