Used Enact to remortgage. Pretty smooth process, kept informed throughout. Got a response via the messaging option when needed and got through on the phone every time I called. Would use Enact again.

I'm not happy with the email notification I've received with "you have a new documents to view" when I went to check it, there was nothing. Therefore, this could be look into.

Remortgages can be quite stressful but this experience with Enact Conveyancing was quite the opposite. It was very easy to share documents online and the chat process worked well for me too.

Recent experience on re-mortgaging through Enact Conveyancing
You don't have a choice on the conveyancing partner should you choose to mortgage/ re-mortgage with Santander. However, Enact were professional, very helpful and completed on time. All documents were centralised for you on a portal to read/ review and the sign for immediate upload. There is also a portal should you have any questions from time to time.
When remortgaging through Barclays I wasn't quite sure how using Enact's services would work out... but any doubts I may have had were soon put to rest. Everything was very straight forward.
Throughout the time I was with them I always felt informed of any progress via excellent communications and prompt notifications (re: updates on my account).
Any issues were dealt with promptly and professionally and by the end everything went through very smoothly.

I found Enact to be very professional when dealing with our remortgage application. I dealt with a lady called Jessica Kennedy, who always dealt with correspondence promptly and replied to my messages by return. The fact that phone lines are open until 8pm for queries, most helpful. All the staff were very helpful and courteous as well as knowledgeable about our case. The only drawback was your online systems which were a bit clunky. Room for improvement there. I am an IFA, so was impressed at the service you gave, when many other insurance and investment providers I deal with in my daily work are often awful to deal with. Well done, ENACT.
