Enact have been great all the way through our remortgage process. It took 5 weeks from start to finish. It was easy to complete all the steps, easy to download and upload as required. We had a couple times where we had to call up and there was no long wait, straight to a uk call line and even if that person was not working on our case they knew all the answers. They completed on the date we wanted, which most people said we would not be able to do in 5 weeks. Superb service, would highly recommend using them. Many thanks again to all the staff that supported us.
