I used Enact conveyancing as the ‘in house’ option when moving my mortgage to Coventry building society. The process was very smooth with an easy to access on line portal. I was very pleased when needing to make an enquiry that somebody answered the phone quickly and was able to answer my question a huge bonus nowadays when many companies seem impossible to contact by phone and actually speak with somebody.
