This is the second time that Empire have visited me. The staff on both occasions, were courteous, efficient and professional.
Friendly staff and arrival time communicated clearly. While quilted covers for door edges where brought, none were needed. Regretfully a small chip on a wooden step was made during the delivery which was recoded by the delivery team.
Pete and Vince were friendly and helpful. They delivered my sofa with care as it was tricky getting it through the front door. I would recommend them.

The delivery was on time. I liked the 20min call before they arrived. It is also good to have a 3hour slot. The delivery guys were freindly and brought the cabinet to where I wanted it.
Delivered within time window, kept up to date on progress, everything unpacked, set up and packaging removed. Delivery team Chris V and Mason were excellent.
Chris & Mason we amazing. Notified us well in advance and again about 15 minutes before arrival. What a team they were. Ensured our home was well protected before they brought the cartons in. They carefully unpacked and then assembled the furniture. Nothing was too much trouble. Ensured everything was to our satisfaction before removing the packaging. A friendly and courteous team. Chris & Mason just delivered our new bedroom furniture and we couldn’t be happier with their service. They were super courteous and took great care so as not to damage either our property or our new furniture. They definitely delivered a 5 star service.

Very helpful and experienced delivery service explained everything they were doing and tidying up after themselves was stress free and kept the place tidy and helpful delivery service I would recommend them and use them again

This delivery company is impressive!!! Their noticfications were clear and on time. Someone took the trouble to answer me with a query I had. The two dleivry men, Chris and Mason, kept in touch with me on the day of delivery and were dead on time. In dealing with my sofa and y property they were careful, efficient, kind and cheerful. A pleasure to deal with. A very good company to work with. Thank you.

Pete and Vince were excellent. They called to let me know they were coming and again when a diversion delayed them by a few minutes. They were both really polite and explained everything they were doing. All in all a great experience.
